You’ll join one of the expert Novelli Academy chefs for an informative and fun lesson at the award winning Novelli Academy, set inside the lovely Hertfordshire countryside. This is the home of famous chef Jean-Christophe Novelli and a wonderful setting to spend time learning culinary skills and sampling mouth watering dishes. All Academy chefs, menus and recipes are approved personally by Jean-Christophe, and you’ll have the chance to select from a selection of themes and foods from around the world.
