Champagne Hot Air Ballooning Flight

The Adventure will begin at a pre-arranged meeting point. Transport for passengers from there to the launch site is provided where necessary. At the launch site passengers will receive a briefing from the pilot and an introduction to the Ballooning system. We recommend that when you come for your flight, you dress as if for a walk in the country. Flat shoes and clothing (to cover arms and legs) suitable for the time of year should be worn. The duration of the flight is approximately 1 hour. After landing you will be collected by the retrieve crew, who will bring passengers, pilot and Balloon back to the Launch site, so that passengers and spectators can reunite. On return the flight is celebrated with Champagne and the presentation of your flight certificates, signed by the pilot

Passengers need to be able to stand for about an hour, though one can lean on the basket rim during the flight. After take-off you will start your aerial tour over Stratford upon Avon, then fly towards the pretty Warwickshire village of Alcester, with a stunning aerial view of Ragley Hall, a very impressive stately home. Built in 1680 in Palladian style, the estate covers a vast area of 6,500 acres! Then your pilot will fly over the vale of Evesham towards Broadway village on the edge of the Cotswolds, circling over Broadway Tower, 'The Highest Little Castle while in the Cotswolds', before continuing your flight towards Winchcombe. This is where you will see the most impressive sight of all, Sudeley Castle. Steeped in history with royal connections spanning a thousand years, it’s a memorable sight. After circling this wonderful Cotswold castle, the pilot will climb over the nearby Cotswold hills, towards the picturesque villages of Stow-on the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden for more spectacular views. Flying high over over the Cotswold scenery, with many impressive stately homes and the villages below, this is magnificent part of the country. Your experience will start with a welcome and registration. You will be weighed for the staff to thorough the flight planning calculations. The staff will check you in, allocate you a seat and give you a boarding pass. You will then be given a short briefing on safety and escorted to the aircraft for your scenic flight.
