After a talk about sushi generally, get practical and make three sushi dishes, alongside the demonstration from the helpful expert. Unusual ingredients such as nori seaweed, proper sushi rice, wasabi, soy sauce and vegetables will become familiar whilst you put them all together to create this authentic Japanese food. At the end, a bento box and a rolling mat for the sushi are giveaways so the practise can continue at home.
